Apple-picking in Wisconsin orchards as a little girl brought such joy that my enthusiasm needed a practical outlet for all the apples we brought home. Thus began a journey that was continually inspired by supportive friends, family, and pioneering women who became lifelong role models. To all who encouraged, "You should sell this!"

ABOUT US
Linda's Applesauce first began as a dream in my mom's kitchen while growing up in Evanston. I perfected my gourmet recipe over the years with the help of many supportive friends and family and their enthusiastic willingness to serve as taste testers. It was so well received, that I finally decided to go public and now cook up batches in Missouri. Every apple is peeled, cored, and sliced by hand; every batch is carefully mixed, canned (in a hot water bath), and packaged. People continue to say they've never tasted anything like it. I look forward to selling in the local farmers' market this spring and of course getting back to apple picking next fall.

Generously sized gourmet quarts provide plenty for your family dinner and then some...depending on who sneaks seconds. This is leagues beyond mainstream applesauce. Spices and other ingredients make it truly memorable. Be sure to try it warm...yum!

Let us do the baking! Shown at the left is a LARGE plate (not yet available) showing most varieties. The MEDIUM-sized plate contains about 3-dozen total cookies of whichever types you select. Clockwise from top: Chocolate Crinkles, Gingersnaps, Spritz, Toffee Bars, Pecan Drops, Raisin Spice Bars, Jam Thumbprints (center). Types not pictured (these favorites get more than their fair share of attention): Chocolate Chip, Holiday Mint Brownie Bites - three layers of brownie, mint icing, and chocolate...yes, please!
